Capitol Street Boys & Girls Club - Jackson

Capitol Street Boys & Girls Club in Jackson hosted a dropout prevention event with special guest Brett Campo, a former dropout who is now Mississippi's Dropout Prevention Ambassador. Campo recently graduated from Picayune High School with honors and is spending the summer visiting youth organizations to encourage kids to stay in school. (July 2009)

Simpson County Schools kicked off the 2008-2009 school year with exciting Destination: Graduation events at Magee and Mendenhall High Schools. All students were invited to participate, and the football stadium was filled with parents and community supporters.
