 About On the Bus
On the Bus is a public awareness campaign to support the Mississippi Department of Education's dropout prevention program. The campaign is funded by a $1.5 million grant from State Farm®, in partnership with MDE and the Public Education Forum of Mississippi.

Mississippi's goal is to cut its current dropout rate of 15.9 percent in half by 2013.
